So. We are finally/already at the end of the Open and Dave Castro has given us quite a "dandy". I had the "opportunity" to try it out yesterday and there's no way around it, it's going to be hard. No matter how you break it up, it will be very uncomfortable. That being said, there is a lot of opportunity to strategize in this workout and it is mostly based on the C2B pull ups as well as your overall fitness. 🙌🏼

Couplets are very intense and if you have difficulty with interval style workouts, you should be option towards a more muscular style strategy. Meaning, you try to put in larger sets in order to get more rest (obviously this applies slightly more to the thrusters). If you are very good at thrusters and pull ups, look at breaking a bit less doing smooth long sets and taking the time to breath. 🥵
