Next up in our Senior Spotlight, is Oneonta Track and Field / Cross Country commit Sam Krayeski (Samkrayeski)! - Sam spent all four years on the Cross Country and Spring Track teams. She also spent two years on the winter track team. There, she paved her own legacy of greatness in the Port Running history books. - On the Cross Country team, Sam accomplished a multitude of honors. She received All Conference honors twice and an All County honor in the 5k race, once. - On the winter track team, Sam also received honors in many degrees. She received an All County honor in the 1000m. She is also a recipient of an All-Conference honors with her 4x8 relay, twice. - Moving onto Spring Track, Sam was named with All County honors in her 4x4 relay. She was also named with an All-County honor in the 4x8 relay, twice.
