MINT CHOC CHIP SMOOTHIE 🌿🍨
A great smoothie recipe for breakfast or a sweet treat - especially in the summer! It’s like a healthier version of my favorite mint choc chip milkshake, but with 35g of protein! 🙌
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of ice
- 1/2 of a frozen banana
- 2/3 cup milk of choice
- 1 serving promix vanilla whey protein
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tsp cacao nibs (or dark chocolate chips)
- 3 drops peppermint extract
- optional: a few drops of monk fruit or stevia sweetener
How to:
- Add all of the ingredients to your blender and blend for about 30 seconds until smooth & creamy.
- Pour into your glass, top with an extra sprinkle of cacao nibs and ENJOY!
