Montana Sazerac recipe in partnership with glacierdistilling 🥃⬇️
As a cocktail lover I’ve never attempted to make my own sazerac before, always chalking it up to a drink for a fancy bar. But this showed me that it’s an unbelievably simple drink to make, and glacierdistilling makes everything I need using all Montana ingredients. If you don’t live in Montana, you can purchase the Trail of the Cedars Absinthe and other Glacier Distilling whiskeys online including their North Fork Rye, but Belton Bridge is only available at Montana liquor stores or at the Glacier Distilling tasting room in Coram, Montana, just outside of Glacier National Park.
Recipe:
- Rinse a chilled glass with Trail of the Cedaes Absinthe
- *In a mixing glass add…
- 2 oz Belton Bridge Bourbon
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 4 dashes aromatic bitters from Glacier Distiling
- *add ice and stir for 30 seconds
- *strain into your absinthe rinsed glass
- Express a lemon peel and toss in the glass
