We were more than ecstatic to welcome eric.allie.16 to the Defenders family as a part of the expanded partnership between tue National Coalition of Minority Football Coaches ( NCMFC ), the UFL and Under Armour. What an amazing honor to assist in the professional development with minority football coaches and creating opportunities for these coaches and their communities. Eric Allie began coaching high school football after ten years of coaching youth football, and in 2010 was offered the position of Freshman RB coach at Our Lady of Good Counsel. He was promoted to varsity RB coach where he coached former Lions RB Mo Ibrahim. His coaching philosophy hinges on leadership, preparation and accountability. Thank you for joining us, Coach Allie ! #UFL2024 | #DefendDC
