Homemade Almond Mylk🥛 found these raw almonds at Target and made my own almond mylk for the first time ever. It was thicker than grocery store-bought and it only has two ingredients! ✨You will need: •2 cups raw almonds •10 cups filtered water •& a little patience + a good blender In a large bowl, soak almonds in filtered water. Rest refrigerated overnight. The following day, take the almonds with the water and place them inside a blender and blend at low speed for 1 minute. Then increase the speed and blend for 2 more minutes until frothy. Strain using a fine-mesh strainer (or cheesecloth) onto a clean bowl. Discard the pulp (or save for another recipe) and place the almond mylk inside a clean, preferably sterile, container. Refrigerate and consume within 3-5 days. Enjoy!
