Escargot are land snails that usually eaten as an appetizer or as hors d’oeuvres. They are cooked in garlic butter and wine and taste pretty good! They are garlicky and the flavor reminds me a bit of a mushroom #ParisFood I also had some Steak Tartare — seasoned minced beef eaten raw.
