🍅CHEESY ROASTED TOMATO SOUP Made a yummy roasted tomato soup with burrata. This was definitely inspired by the #TikTok hack. My parents say it’s one of my BEST recipes yet, so give it a try!🧀 ✨Ingredients: •1 lb cherry tomatoes •1/2 garlic head •3 burratas •1/4 cup basil leaves •3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil •1/2 tsp black pepper •1 tsp sea salt •3 cups vegetable or beef stock 👉🏻Preheat oven to 400°F. Add tomatoes, garlic, burrata, and basil to an oven-safe dish. Drizzle with EVOO and sprinkle salt and pepper. Bake for 35 minutes, until the cheese is fully melted and the tomatoes are roasted. Remove from oven and pour the stock. Using an immersion blender (or regular blender) carefully blend everything together. Bake again, for 15 more minutes. Serve in a bowl and eat with bread.
