Ways to surf:
- Focus on your strengths, not your weaknesses.
- Don't forget to ask for help when you need it.
- Practice self-care consistently.
- Remind yourself you've gotten through everything life has thrown at you, and you'll get through this, too!
- Surround yourself with people who encourage and uplift you.
