Serving as the FIRST African American female in USA Lacrosse Administration, Sr. VP and CFO Cara Morris has been an extremely inspiring and a driving force in the non-profit sector. For over 23 years she has served in a leadership role with responsibilities for Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Facilities, Operations, Insurance Risk Management, and Legal, helping the organization grow from a 4 million NPO with 80,000 members to 22 million NPO with over 400,000 members.
