Let's launch a paint can using science! 🚀 I partnered with ArmAndHammer for ARM & HAMMER™ Recess to show you how to create your very own paint can rocket with ARM & HAMMER™ Baking Soda! Adults, your supervision is recommended! You'll need safety glasses, a clean paint can, 2 cups of ARM & HAMMER™ Baking Soda, a plastic cup, about 1 cup of Vinegar, and a rubber mallet. When you mix the acid (vinegar) and the base (ARM & HAMMER™ Baking Soda) you'll create carbon dioxide bubbles that will build and build and build! And at some point the paint can can't take the pressure any more and it's going to POP directly upwards! The gas rushing downward pushes the paint can upwards, just like a rocket!
