Hi friends! I recently watched a great documentary called Food Evolution (foodevomovie) about the science behind our food. The film provides a really well balanced look into biotechnology and answers a lot of the main questions people have about GMOs – like “are they safe?” The thing I liked the most is the deep dive into the potential social impact GMOs can have in the developing countries – like modifying food to include more necessary nutrients to malnourished children.
