Enjoy!🍑🍑🍑 Ingredients 2 peaches diced 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 stick butter or 2 tbsp 1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp cardamom 2 oz bourbon 4 tbsp crashed graham crackers 2 cups heavy whipping cream 1/2 can (14oz) condensed milk Pinch of salt Instructions In a sauté pan melt butter. Add sugar, peaches and spices. Let it simmer in medium heat for 5 minutes until peaches caramelize. Add bourbon and cook for a few more minutes. Set aside and let it cool. In a large cold bowl beat cream until stiff peaks form. Add condensed milk and fold to combine. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan. Spoon the caramelized peaches and crashed graham crackers into the whipped cream. Use a knife to swirl it around into the cream. Freeze for at least 12 hours.
