"I want to finish living first." This is what Jamie Truesdell '82 told his son Bailey while battling for seven years with colon cancer before passing away. He was strong, passionate, and admired and loved by family and friends. Truesdell shared his passions with his son, including Miami and golfing. They spent their time playing golf and cheering on Miami Football, as Bailey followed in his father's footsteps. Jamie Truesdell built a life at Miami that will live on through the family's foundation of the Truesdell Family Miami Men's Golf Endowed Scholarship.
