But, I can increase the benefits by maximizing my feet function! 🦶
1- wear toe splays: allows digits to move freely, stretch small muscles, open joints, maximise foot mechanics.
2- wear proprioceptive insole: stimulates small nerves on the skin, increases foot-brain connection, improves body/space awareness and balance, activates more muscles, increases blood flow/oxygen to soft tissues and nerves.
3- wear minimalist shoe: allows feet to move freely and do their job! Feet have 126 muscles/ligaments: train them!! 💪
In a nutshell: walking is free, natural and has more benefits you can think of.
Proper foot function allows your body to move and feel better.
Many body aches and pains can be linked to feet problems so start stimulating, activating and strengthening your feet 🦶!”
