Some peaking phase work pre-soccer season.
T has had a truly holistic off-season.
In training our focus was correcting a lot of generalized team training that had stagnated his nervous system and created faulty biomechanics. Lots of emphasis on leading with hips, change of direction, rate of force production and some sports rehab.
He followed a largely ancestral diet focusing on quieting some inflammation, supporting nervous system function, boosting metabolic function and improve body comp.
Sleep hygiene, meditation and more were all on the menu.
Can’t wait to see it on the field!
