There’s a lot of talk about working at a desk lately, so I thought it would share my

I typically stand at my desk with on a
#nabosostandingmat. This mat is great because it is textured and gives me tactile feedback. It almost feels like I’m getting a foot massage when I’m standing/moving on it. ⠀

When I’m doing work at my desk, I take this as an opportunity to wear my
#toespreaders to help offset years of toe adduction and restore natural foot function. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I use an app called 30/30 to help me be productive and to also remind me to take breaks. You can easily set alarms on your phone or use timers to do this as well. Every 30 minutes, I take a break to do the following: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Give my eyes a break ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Roll my shoulders back ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Relax jaw muscles and other muscles in the face ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Relax my traps ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Take a deep squat ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Drink water ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And take a seat fo...
