Today marks 7 years that I broke the heat rebounding record. I remember it like it was yesterday. They stopped the game and though I tried to focus on beating the Bucks it was hard not to take a second to be proud of myself. I'm so use to having a work horse mentality that celebrating myself comes few and far in between. Thanks to all my teammates who allowed me to be who I am and embraced the passion that I play with. Lord knows I'm not meant to play with and for everybody. Lol. I've shared the floor with some of the greats. People that sacrificed beyond measures to win titles. Never in a million years did they see this coming from a undrafted fat kid. But like I always say, never underestimate the heart of a Champion‼️ #og #heatlifer #blessed🙏🏾
