Rua returned to his home on Friday, after recovering from a nasty shoulder injury. He was a big hit with the team from Matamata Veterinary Services - Equine who took a shine to the little horse with the big character. Owner, Sue was grateful to the specialist veterinary team who nursed Rua back to health, and to Trevor Harrison of the NZ Horse Ambulance Trust for getting him the right care, at the right time, in the right place.
