On Friday night at Addington Raceway, Trustee Dr Bill Bishop was proud to present Kypros Kotzikas and his partner Jane, with a certificate of recognition as a National Equine Welfare Partner on behalf of Mary Kotzikas, his late wife. Mr Kotzikas said that Mary was passionate about the welfare of the horses, and so it felt right to support the NZ Horse Ambulance Trust in her memory. The Trust was also grateful to Addington Raceway for sponsoring Race 2, the Welcome NZ Horse Ambulance Mobile Trot, which was won by the Wards' TIME UP THE HILL.
