Micah is the Idaho Area Manager of Hire Heroes USA and program manager for the Mission43 Employment pillar. In her role, she advocates for veterans and military spouses to employers while highlighting and translating their skills and identifying their value in the private sector. Micah is very proud of the work she does and with her team, she has helped over 762 veterans and military spouses gain meaningful employment in the state of Idaho. ⁣ ⁣ Micah has a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology, with an emphasis on psychological safety and military spouse employment. She is also an E-7 Air National Guard and is currently serving as an education and training manager.
