Nicole is a Transition Specialist with the Hire Heroes USA Idaho team (aka “Team Smurf Turf”) through the employment pillar for Mission43. She served on active duty in the US Army from 2003-2012 as a patient administration specialist, holding various leadership positions in medical boards, medevac flights, decedent affairs, and admissions. Following her military service, she earned her BA in psychology from Saint Martin’s University in hopes of helping others and eventually moved back to her home state of Idaho after her husband’s retirement from the military. ⁣ ⁣ She is known as the queen of sarcasm and loves to have fun, but is also dedicated to helping her clients find meaningful employment and will go to great lengths to help those ready to help themselves.
