A wonderful reminder as we begin Mental Health Awareness month.
We use spring cleaning to get rid of the clutter that builds up over the winter months, to clean out our closets, and to essentially refresh our homes - Let's also use it as a time to refresh our mental health.
Let's work on cleaning out toxic habits and thoughts that negatively affect our mental health. Replenishing our minds is just as important as the regular spring cleaning we do in our homes.
