Each day I’m pushing my body to greater limits🚀 Today’s Workout⬇️ 1️⃣ Active Lunges 4x8reps 2️⃣ Push Up > Pike Ups 4x8reps 3️⃣ V Sit Extensions 4x30secs 4️⃣ Single Leg Assisted Pistol Squat 4x8reps 5️⃣ Row > Bicep Curl 4x8reps 6️⃣ Dynamic Push Ups 4x30secs *Complete 4 Rounds, Rest 2-3min after each round!
