Upper Body Strength⚡️ Resistance band training is always something I include in my weekly workouts. Using resistance bands forces me to control and stabilize each movement. Resistance bands are also easier on my joints than weights which allows me to continue to strengthen my muscles without putting too much volume from weights. Today’s workout⬇️ 1.Seated Curls 4x8reps 2.Seated Press 4x8reps 3.Seated Rows 4x8reps 4.Front Raises 4x8reps 5.Single Arm Curls 4x8reps 6.Lateral Raise 4x8reps 7.Tricep Extension 4x8reps *Complete 4 Rounds, Rest 2-3min after each round!
