The goal is to generate as much speed and power as possible from each throw while maintaining form. Start with a weight that works for you then as you progress work your way up. Today’s work: Med Ball Throws⬇️ 1. Lateral Toss 3x6reps (Each Side) 2. Front Rotational Toss 3x6reps 3. Kneeling Chest Pass 3x6reps *In this video I’m using a 20LB medicine ball.
