Today is #InternationalWomenInEngineeringDay, and we’re taking this opportunity to celebrate our women-identifying students and alumnae who are making strides in their field. Before our latest class of graduates walked the convocation stage, their years of hard work and dedication culminated at The Ritual of the Calling of an Engineer. The ceremony is a long-standing tradition where engineering students receive an iron ring, symbolizing their commitment to upholding a high standard of professional conduct. We can’t wait to see the achievements of our class of 2024, whose careers will contribute to closing the gender gap in engineering and inspiring future generations of women in the field.
