BEHIND THE SCENES NHL OFF SEASON TRAINING: As the Stanley cup finals advance we wanted to spotlight two of our amazing NHL players that do their offseason training here at Bommarito’s. To ensure the most progress an athlete can make while off-season training, each of our athletes are given customized training system that supports their goals and takes their performance to the next level. Our facility is fully equipped with a training center, weight room, movement areas, a pool, and recovery/regeneration areas. Also, we have a full medical and nutritional center! There’s no better facility in the world to do your NHL off season training than here in sunny south Florida at Bommarito’s!!
