Today, we pay homage to a man and his belief in nonviolent activism to achieve social equality. Martin Luther King, Jr. is an inspiring figure in American history. His actions caused a movement that benefited future generations of minorities within this nation. A movement which continues to this day, and we remember him to never forget the sacrifice and struggle.
