a few more from a particularly uninspired roll of ektachrome (maybe the worst type of film to use when uninspired lol). this was the second roll of ektachrome i’ve shot, and the first time i’ve done the color editing on it. the first time i used this film i was very cautious, probably too cautious, on a cloudy day in brooklyn in march. this time it was very, very sunny in late april and i tried to swing very far in the other direction to find the limits. i was really struggling to edit this roll, but i made a breakthrough while editing the second picture here, and it set me on a generally good path for the rest. i think because a few of my favorite photographers use slide film i’m hellbent on making this work for me. also i have a personality problem where i always have to take on the most difficult things. here’s to growth, etc. #ektachrome #slidefilm #e100 #midwestfilmco #kodak #gelatinlabs #35mm #minolta #filmphoto #filmisnotdead #35mmphotography #shootfilm #shootfilmstaybrok...
