Spicy Cantaloupe, White Cabbage Slaw blends sweet cantaloupe, crisp cabbage, cucumbers and spicy jalapeño, all tossed in a tangy Tajín vinaigrette, creating a refreshing, flavorful salad with a kick.Enjoy! Serving 6 Ingredients: 3 cups white cabbage sliced thinly 1 cup cucumber sliced 1/2 red onion sliced thinly 1 cup cantaloupe cubed ( 2-3 slices) 1 jalapeño sliced 3 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped Dressing 1 tbsp honey 1 tsp Tajin 2 tbsp lime juice 6 tbsp olive oil Salt and black pepper to taste Instructions: In a large bowl add all the vegetables. In a small jar add all ingredients for the dressing and shake well. Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss to combine.
