Sprinting is one of the best things you can do to: 1️⃣ Improve body composition. 2️⃣ Improve metabolism. 3️⃣ Improve glucose control. Make sure to warm up accordingly before sprinting. We suggest starting with 1x per week and work your way up to 2x per week.
