Matt and Stacia have been doing coffee in the valley for 20 years now and it’s time to celebrate! “We were in our 20s when we started in a tiny shack not knowing anything to now having two beautiful locations in North End Boise and downtown Meridian. We worked many years with just us then one employee, then 2-3, to now getting to employ many great people that have marked our lives in beautiful ways. We have raised our 4 kids in these shops, we have made a community, grown to love people like family, had the privilege of had so many people drive thru or come through our doors all around cups of amazing coffee. We also made the decision this year to take our original name Mocha Moose Coffee and combine both shops to Mountain Timber Coffee.
