In a repeat of the 2021 Challenge Cup Final, NY/NJ Gotham and the Portland Thorns faced off on Sunday at Red Bull Arena. Once again, the match was a very tight affair as the Thorns barely edged out Gotham 1-0 thanks to a beautiful long-range strike by Crystal Dunn.
