Meet New York Tech's Commencement Student Speaker and Singer! Information Technology Major Zoya Haq will deliver a speech to the Class of 2023, and Architecture Major Caitlyn Ashley Silva Dy will sing the national anthem at the 62nd annual commencement. For future New York Tech graduates, Dy reminds students to work hard but to “take your time. Things don’t always go as planned, and that’s okay.
