For this week's #TuesdayTakeover, meet Amanda Hendricks, a third-year osteopathic medical student at our NYITCOM-Arkansas campus. Get to know Amanda: 👩🏽‍⚕️ She chose to pursue medicine because she loved how the combination of math and science created solutions to help patients. 👩🏽‍🎓 After graduation, she hopes to complete her residency in psychiatry. 😋 Outside of class, Amanda likes trying different restaurants, working on do-it-yourself projects, exploring Memphis, and spending time with her classmates! 🏫 Amanda chose New York Tech because not only does she feel the university is student-centered, but also because her admissions interview with Assistant Professor Adrienne Loftis, D.O., made her feel at home.
