Q: How can we hold each other accountable when practicing safety? Tovar: By making sure that we tell our friends about the importance of wearing a mask. We can also carry extra masks to give out to those around us who don’t have one or forgot one. Q: Who do you wear a mask for? Dominguez: When I wear a mask, I wear it for myself and for the people around me. I wear it for my friends, family, and people out in the streets, because the faster we limit the number of people getting COVID-19, the faster we can move forward from this pandemic. We can achieve much more as a community when we hold each other accountable and practice #BearCare.
