Throughout the pandemic, Melissa worked countless hours, putting the community and her patients first to ensure compassionate and competent care. She serves as a charge nurse and leads new nurses to ensure high-quality care for the future. Additionally, Melissa co-chairs the hospital staffing committee and the Human Trafficking Task Force.
