🗣️:Mark Rippetoe's "Starting Strength" has been the gateway for millions to get under the bar. His impact on the strength training world is undeniable, and his book has been a go-to resource for weightlifters worldwide. "Starting Strength" is simple: being strong is better than being weak. We can debate back angles, “hip drahve”, and GOMAD - the fact remains that strength is what counts in lifting. Ever since I read “Practical Programming”, a bucket list item of mine was to attend a “Starting Strength” seminar in its birthplace of Wichita Falls, and it lived up to the hype.
