Now more than ever, technology has a huge role to play in education. 🌎 While working to close the gender digital divide, Gold Award Girl Scout Grace also looks to support students in families that are marginalized, helping them navigate the ever-changing global environment. For her Gold Award, Grace created “Step by Step Tutoring,” a nonprofit organization that provides virtual student-led financial tutoring to children in need. 📚 From selecting and training tutors to running virtual sessions and developing a board to lead her nonprofit, Grace learned that she enjoys being a leader and supporting her community—and she’s just getting started. 🌟 Grace intends to appoint new leadership to carry on the work she started as she continues to chase her goals of improving education for all.
