We are sad to learn that renowned Baltimore-born artist Raoul Middleman has died. He contributed so much to the art world and his paintings can be found in museums nationwide. We are proud to house and preserve some of them at the Maryland Center for History and Culture, including these two pieces depicting fellow prominent Maryland artist Tom Miller as well as scenery of the Susquehanna River, near Middleman's summer home in Havre de Grace.
