Though it might not be exactly what comes to mind when you imagine the people working in a movie theater, this is what the staff of the Parkway Theater looked like in the 1920s. The second photo offers a comparison of the theater's staff in 2018. Located at the corner of Charles Street and North Avenue, the Parkway Theater opened in 1915. The venue underwent renovations and changed ownership numerous times before closing in the late 1970s.
