It’s been a long journey and I just want to take a moment to express my gratitude for everyone who has supported me over the last few years. This is a cruel world, I’ve seen people very close to me go through hardships that make wrestling matches seem completely inconsequential. That being said, this weekend meant a lot to me. The culmination of 20 years of training for a chance to achieve something incredible in a sport that I find very close to my heart, and I failed. It’s my own fault and I have to learn and grow from it. Some time to rest and heal my body will do me well, then it’s back to work. Congratulations to the 2024 U.S. Olympic team, I wish nothing but the best for you all in Paris
