A crazy week for The Merber family with an all-out effort to host the #LongIslandMile but nice to sit back and relax today and let nyrr put on another incredible #NB5thAveMile. My 4th year here and ran a 3:54 to only finish mid-pack. Excited for two more races in Alaska this coming week before the season is officially over! #TheMerberFamily #AndTyler #HOKAONEONE #5thAveMile #-250%
