Another little afternoon shakeout up in the mountains of Boulder. During the week I got to run on significantly hillier trails than anything we have in New Jersey, and at an altitude significantly higher. After chatting and hearing stories from hokaoneone athletes like Karl Meltzer, Mike Wardian, Dave Mackey and more, I have a newfound respect for what they do.
