Has anyone else slipped and fallen in the bathroom before? 🙋🏽‍♀️ When that happened to @jillianmichaels in 2021, it changed her life forever. One of the toughest, most famous, renowned fitness experts in the world suffered 3 herniated discs and a fracture of her L3 vertebrate. The pain affected her mental health, and as she told me on the latest episode of the @sagesteeleshow …. She was in a very dark place, hiding it from the world. Thank you, Jillian, for sharing another reminder of how fragile life is, and to always lead with empathy. New episode out NOW on YouTube & everywhere you stream your podcasts.
