In his book 'The Innovator's Dilemma,' published in 1997, Christensen introduced the term 'disruption,' leading him to become the most influential management thinker of his time. He also co-founded Rose Park Advisors, a venture capital business, and Innosight, an innovative management consulting and investment organization. Mr. Christensen emphasizes the importance of motivation in achieving future objectives.
