By partnering with talented, business-oriented professionals who have pursued a common entrepreneurial spirit, our network of License Partners and Advisors successfully closed 1,748 transactions in Q2; a 203% increase from 2020. The sales totaled a volume of $1,188,852,186; a 210-percent year-over-year increase. A 43-percent increase in advisor growth was observed, with 93 professionals changing their brokerage affiliation to join Engel & Völkers shops throughout the state of Florida. We now have over 700 advisors in Florida, contributing to the global Engel & Völkers network of nearly 14,400 professionals.
