Gabriel Chable grew up at a time when Guadalajara, Mexico, was more traditional, navigating the challenges of being a gay teen and young man in a conservative society. His work with a Human Rights NGO exposed him to the values of inclusion and diversity, inspiring him to dedicate his life to advocating for LGBTQIA+ rights and fostering a better world for all. Today, the HPE community benefits from Gabriel’s leadership of the PRIDE Resource Group chapter in Guadalajara. His commitment to creating awareness and engagement with allies is appreciated and praised by his peers. Gabriel sees the positive impact team members gain by being part of a resource group, and that creates a ripple to have a positive impact on others.
