#Reposting taralynn422 with instarepost_app -- I am so blessed to be a part of the Form by Force family. I have never been in this good of shape both mentally and physically before in my life. When I was in gymnastics as a kid I was in incredible physical shape, but I lacked all self esteem and confidence. This year when I really decided to stop eating crap, work out consistently, and set goals for myself I can finally see the changes. I don't think I could have taken as big of strides in reaching my goals without formxforce & bambamkam. Thank you!!!
